To date, over 1200 business owners in Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford, Wicklow and South Tipperary, have attended the Management Development for the Owner Manager course, run through their local Enterprise Board which was facilitated by Mr. Blaise Brosnan.

Many cite the course and the built-in mentoring sessions as the catalyst that moved their business forward, with its focus on increasing knowledge, discipline and motivation.

This course, which imparts practical information and advice on everything from time management to HR issues to cash flow projections is now available to all through the book "You are the limiting factor; unlocking your true business potential" which was officially launched at the Arboretum Lifestyle and Garden Centre, Leighlinbridge on Thursday 23rd July.

Rachel Doyle, owner of the award winning garden centre, is one of Brosnan's strongest advocates. She and her sons Fergal and Barry attended the course.
