The Board welcomed an exciting new initiative to County Carlow in June.  The "Enterprise Board Bus" is a mobile support and advice unit for anyone thinking of starting up a business or wishing to further develop an existing business. The Enterprise Bus visited five locations around County Carlow over a one week period in June.  This innovative concept is being brought to the County by Carlow County Enterprise Board in partnership with the Bank of Ireland. 

Each day two business advisors were present on the Bus - a member of staff from both the Carlow County Enterprise Board and the Bank of Ireland.  Advice was provided in a confidential manner, free of charge. The business advisors were available on the Bus to discuss all aspects of business development and to offer support where possible.

The Enterprise Bus travelled throughout the County and had full days in Carlow town, Bagenalstown, Borris & Carlow.  It is our intention to repeat the initiative again in the autumn and we look forward to welcoming you on board the Enterprise Bus!
