The Carlow County Enterprise Board was established under the industrial Development Act 1995 to provide support targeted , specifically at the micro-enterprise sector. A key feature of the Enterprise Board is that it includes representatives from a range of local organisations and has a localised county-based focus to its mission. A specific objective is to cultivate and expand an ethos of entrepreneurship.
Training & Development Services
Carlow County Enterprise Board will develop a panel of suitable professionals to provide its Training & Development Services. The Board reserves the right to fix fee levels in respect of training & development.
The Board is accepting proposals for the following programmes:
- Start Your Own Business (3 Day Format)
- Start Your Own Business (4 Day Format / FETAC)
- Bookkeeping for Small Business (5 Night)
- General Business Programmes* (Various)
- General 1 Day Business Skills Development (1 Day Course)*
- General ½ Day Business Skills Development (1/2 Day Course)*
*Please note General courses allow you to submit programmes you may have designed or delivered for public/private bodies/companies previously.

Submission of Proposals: The following information should be included in your submission:

- Rate for ½ Day , Full Day , Evening Session
- Rate for Tea/Coffee/Biscuits per person , if applicable
- Rate for Lunch (Standard: Main / Desert / Tea/Coffee)
- Rate for Finger Food Events (Standard: 4 Items / Tea / Coffee)
- Any Extra Costs
- Tax Clearance Certificate
- Cover Letter

- Rate per Hour for Design (once off jobs)
- Fixed Rate for Design of Double Side A4 Leaflet & 2 X Press Adverts
- Fixed Rate for Design of Double Sided A5 Leaflet
- Fixed Rate for Design of Double Sided DL Leaflet/Invite
- Sample prices for all of the above based on Qty 1000
